How a job runs
Every movement follows the same four stages, whether it is one parcel across Manchester or a full load to Aberdeen. The detail lives on our how we work page.

Brief
You tell us what is moving, where from, where to and when it is needed. We reply with a price, a vehicle and a collection window — nothing is booked until you confirm.

Collect
The driver arrives inside the agreed window, checks the consignment against the brief, loads and secures it, and confirms departure.

Deliver
Goods travel direct on the vehicle that collected them. You are told when the vehicle is away, en route and arriving.

Confirm
Delivery is confirmed to you with the name of the person who signed, the time, and your MNA reference for the paperwork.
